Sharon Anderson, Assistant Director of the Hubert H. Humphrey
Institute’s Reflective Leadership Program created a several
month program to explore leadership styles of 35 women from across the state.
The women were the subject of a photographic series by Karen Bacig and a
video by Linda _________. Several of these women became the Crystal Quilt
leadership team, featured often in local media, to advise on the performance
and recruit performers from across the state. They also formed the nucleus
of the project that continued with funding for a year after the performance.
